O bolo tinha sido feito pelo meu sogro. adorei o bolo e pedi logo a receita.<br />

Esta semana o forno lá de casa teve o prazer de receber por duas vezes, no seu quentinho, um dos melhores bolos de chocolate (pelo menos para mim).<br />
É um bolo rápido de fazer, mas também muito rápido de comer. Tão rápido que nem houve tempo de o imortalizar numa foto.<br />
Fica aqui a promessa que da próxima vez tiro fotografia.<br />
<br />
<b>Ingredientes:</b><br />
4 ovos médios<br />
200gr de açúcar<br />
200gr de chocolate (Tablete com 70% de cacau)<br />
190gr de manteiga<br />
<br />
<b>Confeção:</b><br />
Ligar o forno a 180ºC.<br />
Bater muito bem os ovos inteiros com o açúcar.<br />
Derreter o chocolate com a manteiga (em banho maria).<br />
Envolver o chocolate com o preparado inicial.<br />
<br />
Forrar uma forma redonda com papel vegetal, verter e levar ao forno, aproximadamente 12 min.<br />
<br />
Facultativo:<br />
Se quiserem podem fazer uma cobertura com 100gr de chocolate e 200ml de natas.<br />
